Motorola and Verizon just officially announced the availability of new smartphone, the Motorola Droid Bionic. You can purchase the Droid Bionic starting September 8th at Verizon Wireless’s website and stores for price of $299.99 with a new 2-year contract.
This handset is the Verizon’s thinnest LTE smartphone that measures 127.5 x 66.9 x 10.99 mm. Running on Android 2.3.4 Gingerbread OS, the Droid Bionic has a 4.3-inch touchscreen display with qHD (960 x 540) resolution and protected by Gorilla Glass, a rear 8MP camera with 1080 video recording, and front-facing camera.
Motorola Droid Bionic smartphone is powered by a 1GHz dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM, 16GB of onboard memory, and a 16GB microSD card included. The Droid Bionic 4G smartphone is also brings ZumoCast for secure remote file access, a HDMI 1.4 port, Wi-Fi, 4G LTE support, and GPS.
