Virgin Mobile has just officially announced a new Android-powered smartphone, the LG Optimus Slider. This LG handset is seems as the successor to the LG Optimus V smartphone.
Optimus Slider is ideal for the heavy social networker, which is provides slider QWERTY keyboard and a touchscreen display.
Running on Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS, the LG Optimus Slider smartphone is a 3.2 megapixel camera, a microSD card slot, and a 1,500 mAh battery.
New LG Optimus Slider has a full physical side-sliding QWERTY keyboard and a 3.2-inch touchscreen display with HVGA (320 x 480) resolution.
Other feature on LG Optimus Slider is a 3.5 mm headset jack, Wi-Fi, 3G, and Bluetooth connectivity.
