Motorola has official announced availability of its new smartphone in the UK the end of September, the Motorola Fire. The handset is formerly known as the Motorola XT316 that currently selling in China, and in Latin America as the Motorola Spice Key, while European market as the Motorola Fire.
According to press release, the Fire is budget-friendly Android-powered smartphone from Motorola Mobility. It is comes in a candybar form factor with a sleek, modern design and a sophisticated finish.
The Motorola Fire smartphone is boasts a 600 MHz processor, 512MB of ROM, 256MB of RAM, and runs Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS.
New Fire phone has a 2.8-inch touchscreen display with QVGA (240 x 320) resolution, a full physical QWERTY keyboard, a 3 megapixel camera, dual-band HSDPA/quad-band EDGE, FM radio with RDS (radio data system), Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, GPS, microSD card support (up to 32GB), and a 3.5mm audio jack.
There are E-compass, proximity sensor, ambient light sensor, accelerometer, and assisted global positioning system (aGPS). The 1420 mAh battery is enough good for up to 8 hours talk time, 30 days of standby.
