LG Electronics has announced its new Android smartphone in Russia, the LG Optimus Link. This handset is a candybar form factor and runs Android 2.3 OS.
The LG Optimus Link smartphone is powered by an 800MHz Qualcomm MSM7227T processor paired with Adreno 200 GPU, 512MB of RAM, and a MicroSD card support (a 2GB card included).
Optimus Link Android smartphone is packs a 3.2-inch capacitive touchscreen display with a resolution of 320 x 480 pixels, a 3-megapixel autofocus camera, a front-facing camera for video calls, GPS, and FM tuner.
As connectivity, LG Optimus Link smartphone has Bluetooth 3.0, Wi-Fi, and a USB port. Dimensions of LG Link are 113 x 59 x 11.7 mm. It is supports work in GSM and HSDPA mobile networks.
The LG Optimus Link will pre-loaded with Social+ integrated, which combines the popular social networking into a single widget, allowing users to quickly update status, add GPS coordinates, music tracks, photos, etc
