AT&T has just official announced the budget 4G Android phone, the Huawei Impulse 4G. This phone is become the AT&T’s first Huawei handset. The Huawei Impulse 4G smartphone is lack LTE capabilities.

Running on Android 2.2 Froyo OS, the AT&T Huawei Impulse 4G smartphone is powered by an 800MHz processor.
New Huawei Impulse 4G is packs a 3.8-inch capacitive touchscreen WVGA display, a 5MP camera with 720p video recording capabilities, HSPA+, 3.5mm headset jack, Wi-Fi, and GPS.
